Built almost entirely on referrals and an elite client roster, this company has decided it is time to grow intentionally. They are bringing in a hunter to open new doors in the mid-market entertainment sector, production companies, talent agencies, and management firms, and then handing off to a world-class internal team.
Your job is to close. Theirs is to deliver. And what they deliver is exceptional.
What this role is
New business development within entertainment-adjacent companies in the 25 to 100 employee range. You prospect, build relationships, pitch, and close. Once you bring a client in, the internal team takes over completely. No account management. No servicing. Just selling something people genuinely love buying.
Who this is for
You have a footprint in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries. You know how to find your own leads, and you have closed deals without a structured pipeline handed to you. You are polished, credible, and comfortable in high-end environments. You understand what luxury clients expect, and you know how to match that energy.
The structure
Remote. Independent contractor. Uncapped commission. Compensation discussed with qualified candidates.
