Partner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical instincts and the ability to problem-solve independently
Comfort working with incomplete or evolving data
Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field
Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R
Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement
Nice to Have
Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI
Familiarity with gaming or online player data (slots a plus)
Experience with Snowflake and modern data stacks
Master’s degree for senior-level candidates
