Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general surgical care across various procedures such as hernia repairs, cholecystectomies, colon resections, and more.
- Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries and utilize robotic technology when indicated.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians and specialists.
- Participate in a 1:4 call schedule, ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a General Surgery residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
- Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Alabama.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
New graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply.
