Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Tampa. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing

2-6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
- Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters preferred
- Demonstrated experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leases
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing

Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leases
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
- Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from initial diligence to closing

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $160,000-$200,000, as determined by experience and market factors
