Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026

Our commitment to privacy. Calqulate is an executive search and talent firm in San Diego, California. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The information we collect. When you browse calqulate.io, we record your IP address and basic browser information to understand how the site is used. When you apply for a role or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone, location, resume, work and education history, compensation expectations, and any references you provide. We may also receive information about you from job boards, public professional profiles, referrals, and our clients. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, or health information.

The way we use information. We use it to evaluate you for open roles, contact you about opportunities, present your candidacy to client employers, and keep you in mind for future openings. We share your resume with a client only for a specific role and only after telling you which company. Our applicant tracking system, email, and cloud storage vendors handle it on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we are not a data broker. If you provide your phone number and consent, we may text you about opportunities. We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How long we keep it. We keep your information for as long as you remain part of our talent network, so that we can contact you about roles that may fit as they come up. We periodically review inactive records and remove those we no longer have a reason to keep. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your rights and choices. You may ask us for a summary of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may opt out of any sharing of your information for advertising, and you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Exercising any of these will never affect your candidacy for a role. We respond to requests within 45 days and may ask you to verify your identity first. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and residents of other states have similar rights under their own laws; we honor them for everyone.

How to contact us. Email privacy@calqulate.io with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or write to Calqulate, Attn: Privacy, PO Box 675773, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
